Table Call Buttons
The call button on a Korean restaurant table combines quick service with a more comfortable experience for diners. In the past, customers often raised a hand or called out "Yeogiyo!" ("Excuse me!") to get a server's attention. That still happens, but in a crowded restaurant it is easy for both sides to miss each other. A call button lets guests ask for more water, extra side dishes, another order, or the check without raising their voice. It is especially useful in busy barbecue restaurants, casual eateries, pubs, and large chains where one employee may be watching several tables at once. When the button is pressed, the table number appears on a screen at the counter or in the kitchen, helping staff move more efficiently. The system reflects a restaurant culture that values quick, accurate service. Guests do not have to keep searching for eye contact, and staff can respond to requests in order, making the experience easier for everyone.
